*New students are encouraged to begin with the Tuesday 6:00 pm, Saturday 3:00 pm, or Sunday 2:00 pm, Introduction to Ashtanga class.
Introduction to Ashtanga:
This class will teach the fundamentals of ashtanga yoga, to prepare the student for the regular ashtanga and vinyasa classes.
Ashtanga Primary Series:
This class refers to the full primary series of the ashtanga system, as taught in the tradition of Sri K. Pattabhi Jois of Mysore, India. This flowing sequence of postures utilizes ujjayi breath and bandhas (energy locks) to increases muscular strength, flexibility and concentration.
Vinyasa Flow:
Vinyasa classes use the flowing vinyasa movement of ashtanga yoga, but use a VARIETY of postures (instead of a set series of postures like ashtanga yoga) to cultivate balance, flexibility, strength and endurance.
Open Practice:
This is an open class setting where the student can do his own practice, or follow the instructor's lead thru a silent practice.
Please bring a towel and water to class.

Single class: $14
Open practice rate: $7
Community Class rate: $7
Student rate: $12 (with current ID)
Ten Class Series: $120 (90 day expiration)
Unlimited Monthly: $130
Private instruction available upon request.
