Living Life: Your Full Potential

painful than the risk it took to blossom. ” -Anais Nin

“Be miserable. Or motivate yourself. Whatever has to be done, it’s
always your choice.” – Wayne Dyer

Dear Friends-

Happy Spring to you!  We hope your yoga practice is helping you to
improve your health and your personal life.  Yoga helps you to expand
your vision of yourself and your life, by aligning your mind with
Divine Mind, so you can see yourself as God sees you, as an unlimited
soul.   This newfound expanded perception of yourself empowers you to
step out of your comfort zone and helps you take risks on and off the
matt.

Are you trying new poses in class or are you staying with the ones
that are comfortable for you?  It’s amazing what your body can do when
you really set your mind to it and have a consistent practice, it’s
very exciting and fun!

Do you love your job? Are you doing what you have been called here to
do?  I firmly believe it is your divine right, as a child of God, to
love and believe in what you do for a living.  (Why would God want
anyone to not like their job?!)  You always have a choice, like Wayne
Dyer states above, “to be miserable or to motivate yourself,”  so
which is it going to be?   It’s your CHOICE.

Is there anything you’ve always wanted to do, but keep coming up with
excuses about why you “can’t” do it?   Move cross country, change
jobs!, be in a relationship, lose weight, start a new business, play
the guitar, go back to school, take up a foreign language, go on a
trip, take our teacher training? smile.

Your life is as unlimited as you chose it to be, so I hope you will
think BIG for yourself and let the Universe give you BIG in return.  I
know in my own life when I’ve “settled” in what I thought I deserved
in life, work, love, money etc, the Universe gave me “settled” in
return.   When I have expanded my vision of myself, the way the Divine
sees me, miracles have occurred, which is how I met Wade!  Writer,
Iyanla Vanzant calls it, “expansion into the divine.”  You owe to to
yourself and the Divine to expand your vision of yourself and live
your divine plan fully.
