How to decide which class is right for you.
- All Levels
Everyone from Beginner to Advanced yoga students are welcome. These classes offer modifications so that individuals can customize their class to fit their specific needs and level of expertise.
- Level 0: Novice or Re-starting a Practice
Good class for the person just starting a yoga practice or someone who is re-starting a yoga practice. Class moves slowly with the instructor providing personalized instruction when needed. Also, a good class when recovering from injury.
- Level 1: Beginner to Experienced Beginner
This is the class for the person who is starting a yoga practice.
- Level 2: Experienced Beginner to Intermediate
The class is designed for individuals who have been practicing yoga and are familiar with the basic postures. Most students will be challenged.
- Level 3: Intermediate to Advanced
Our most advanced students are invited to attend. Please speak with the instructor before attending.
