Important Information about Maya Yoga Classes

Please note: Maya Yoga Practice Room opens 15 minutes prior to class time. If you are new to Maya Yoga, please take a look at our studio etiquette so you know what to expect.

Our classes use music at the discretion of the teacher and are warmed to 78 degrees. We ask that your water bottle be left outside of the Practice Room.

Reserve Your Spot

We require reservations for a few select classes listed below due to limited space.

  • Level 0: Ashtanga Basics (Mondays at 6:00pm)
  • All Levels: Intro to Intermediate Series (Tuesdays at 6:00pm)
  • Level 1: Intro to Vinyasa (Wednesdays at 6:00pm)
