How to sign-up for class:

  • Purchase a pass in advance or upon arrival in the studio.

    $10 Community Class - Creative sequencing while uniting breath with movement then finishing with a slow paced Yin practice encouraging myofascial release.

  • 10:00 am - 11:00 am | Ashtanga Power Hour (Emily)

    $10 Community Class - Elements of the Ashtanga Primary series bundled into a convenient hour which will leave you enlivened & reset.
