Nathan found his way to yoga like many, after an injury. After receiving a pamphlet in his door about how yoga can cure back pain, he was determined to study yoga. His practice began in 2013 and he found Ashtanga yoga. He made his way to the source in 2018 to study with R. Sharath Jois in Mysore, India. In 2023, his 6th month in Mysore, Sharathji gave him his blessing to teach with his Level 2 Authorization.
